Facilities and Accessibility

· Facilities in the general area: Air-conditioning, internet access (LAN and University of Witwatersrand Wi-Fi, Eduroam), sick room for waiting for medical care, first aid box, restrooms, disability access, lounge area with whiteboard setup.

· Additional Dome facilities: Modern A/V system, full-dome projection, standard projector display.

· Additional Seminar room facilities: Modular seminar room and conference room setup, modern A/V system, laser projector, HDMI ports, food and beverage server.

· The Digital Dome is entirely disability accessible. However, only the front seats inside the Dome are available for disability access as there is raked seating inside the Dome which is not wheelchair accessible.

Filming and Photography

No photography and filming allowed inside the Digital Dome. Photography and filming without flash are allowed in the foyer of the Digital Dome.

Food Items

No food and beverages are allowed inside the Digital Dome.

Food and beverages are only allowed in the foyer and dedicated catering spaces within the Digital Dome premises.
